Even though it was the end of the day, and right before the start of the weekend, Ben came to my house and sorted out a blocked drain that would not budge. He was awesome with explaining why it was blocked, and showing how he was resolving the issue, then afterwards he told me how the issue could be prevented. I was stressed due to no water pressure in my kitchen Taps and a clogged kitchen sink. Plumber came and went above and beyond to find the source of the issues. He was polite and friendly. Ben's service can only be described as outstanding. With short notice he cancelled a personal appointment to attend our call. Working into the evening in the cold and rain he managed to clear the issue without any drama. Rang late in the afternoon on Wednesday and made a booking for Thursday at 8am. Was here before 8am. Had everything sorted before 8.30am (drain unblocked) and didn't charge us an arm or leg. Amazing service, quick, efficient and, most importantly, punctual. Recommend to anyone.
